YUMA MOTORSPORTS has the best, highest quality
engine! The brilliant engineers and the skilled
craftsmen that design and build our engines are
unsurpassed.
From the initial design by mechanical engineers
with over 100 years combined experience, to the
mold makers, to the production experts and finally
to the Quality Control staff, every conceivable
step is carefully planned and executed to build
the great engines in our vehicles. To really understand
the emphasis we put on quality you would have
to meet the real “fuss buddies” of
QC. This dedicated team checks and rechecks every
engine to ensure that nothing but the best is
sold.
But before the engine arrives to the QC staff,
the pre-production QC staff checks to make sure
that only the finest materials are used to produce
our engines. All the Aluminum and Steel is inspected
before it is transformed into any part of the
engine, and then when it is a piece of the whole,
it is re-inspected to ensure that no defects occurred
during production. Each engine goes through at
least 8 different QC inspections while it is being
produced.

While the ENGINE is the heart
& soul, the FRAME is the muscle and bones
of the vehicle.
Every part that used to manufacture a Yuma Motorsports
ATV, or Dirt Bike, or Go-Cart is made to exacting
specifications using only the finest raw materials.
All parts are designed to withstand the vigor
of Off-Road riding. The metal used undergoes extreme
stress testing to make sure it will not break
or snap. Whenever a part could be subject to extra
stress. It is reinforced. All parts are checked
and rechecked that they meet all of the minimum
specifications so that pieces fit together perfectly.
To illustrate a small part of the process we just
have to look at the WELDING TEAM. Their skill,
precision and care shows in the perfection of
their welds. This group of production workers
are chosen because they are the best at what they
do. They take pride in the fact that the welds
will hold up under all conditions.
