LIMITED WARRANTY YUMA MOTORSPORTS
Warranty Policy
All YUMA MOTORSPORTS products have a limited warranty from date of purchase by original consumer. Warranty is limited to manufacturer defective parts. Vehicle must be registered with YUMA MOTORSPORTS. To register fill out the Yuma Motorsports Registration form and submit on-line. Registrations submitted after 30 days from date of purchase will not be valid.

All Yuma Motorsports brand ATV's - QUADS - DIRT BIKES - GO-KARTS:

· ENGINE - One year warranty.

· FRAME AND COMPONENTS - 6 months

o Except for tires, batteries, brakes, cables, seats, fasteners, consumables, and body parts.

Warranty does not cover labor, damage due to abuse, accidents, lack of schedule maintenance, Acts of God, or misuse. Modification of vehicle with unapproved YUMA parts will void the warranty.

If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and send us a picture of the part needed. We'll send the part within 48 business hours, or we will inform you when the part will be available. YUMA Motorsports makes every effort to have parts in stock; however in some cases the parts may have to be shipped from Asia and may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

In order to receive parts under our warranty policy your vehicle must have been registered at time of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any parts. Please complete the RMA REQUEST FORM and submit. All parts returned for replacement MUST be shipped Pre-Paid. Any product returned Freight Collect will be refused.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. YUMA MOTORSPORTS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.
